Horizontal Rotation Polishing Machine

In our day, various methods and machines are used for process of polishing surfaces of technical parts, including especially the ones made of metal with cylindrical, conical, ball shaped, roller and similar circular forms. First method is carried out by fixing the part that will be processed with a machine such as a turning machine. Necessary polishing process on the part is carried out manually with the help of a polishing felt. These methods are very risky for the parts. All surfaces of the part cannot be evenly polished, polishing time takes long, costs are heavy and nitration layer is damaged.

Thanks to this new and patented machine which has been developed by us, it is now possible to easily carry out homogeneous polishing in short time by obtaining a lubricious and unscratched surface without damaging the nitration surface and the part, both at low and high speeds under pressure with paste, in scope of parts such as extrusion screws and rollers.

Lengths of parts such as screws, rollers, cartridges etc. can reach up to four meters. Such parts need to be polished at low speed and horizontally. Therefore horizontal machines can polish parts whose lengths are between 50 cm and 4 m.
